Appetizer Add-Ons start at $15/person. Choose 2: mini chicken tostadas, mini tortas, guacamole cups, esquites, taquito-style bites, or vegetarian tamale bites. Premium seafood appetizers can be quoted separately for weddings and elevated private events.

Add-ons (per person)

We usually lead with guac + chips, agua fresca, horchata, and dessert or sweets. Fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and quesabirrias come in as specialty upgrades when the event format supports them.

Quesabirrias are quoted as a premium fresh-service add-on rather than a tray-held buffet item.
